Full-hookup RV sites with 30/50-amp electric, water, and sewer
Creekside RV sites with 30-amp electric and water.

Many sites border beautiful Persimmon Creek. Guests may cool off in the creek or fish with a valid state fishing license, at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Catch-and-release bass and bluegill fishing.
Picnic chairs and tables throughout the park.
Pavilion with grills and picnic benches for group gatherings.
Large grassy area for play — and catching lightning bugs.
Cancellations
Payment for all stays is due in full prior to arrival.
A refund will be issued if a reservation is canceled two weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
If a reservation is canceled 4-13 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
There will be no refund if a reservation is canceled 1-3 days before the arrival date.
We offer camp credit for unexpected circumstances.
Pet Policy
Non-aggressive pets on a leash are welcome in the campground.
Pets may not be off-leash or left unattended.
Pets are not allowed in the pond.
Notice to Motorhomes over 35ft long:
If traveling from Tennessee, it is recommended to continue past Sunny Point Rd and make a U-turn at the Dollar General on the left, then turn right onto Sunny Point Rd. This avoids crossing over the drainage slope in the middle of Highway 64.
Check-in

Early arrival or late departure may be available depending on site availability. Please call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Check-out
11:00 AM
Check out is at 11 am. If the site is not reserved for another guest, we may be able to extend your departure time.
Late check-outs that interfere with a new reservation will be charged a 1/2 day fee.
Third-party sites
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of rates listed on third-party websites. Our website and Facebook page are the official sources for current rates.
Refunds

Termination Notice
The management of this campground reserves the right, at all times, to terminate the tenancy of a guest for objectionable conduct or failure to abide by park rules. The management will be held harmless from damage to vehicles or any other personal property caused by wind, water, falling branches, theft, or loss of valuables in or around the campground. The management will be held harmless from any problems common to the outdoors, including, but not limited to, contact with bees, snakes, poisonous plants, or wild animals. If you are asked to vacate the premises due to your inability to abide by park rules, there will be no refunds given. Swim in the creek at your own risk. There is no swimming in the pond.
Catch-and-Release Bass and Bluegill Pond
Our catch-and-release pond is stocked with bass and bluegill for family fun. The pond is located in the center of the RV park. Guests are welcome to bring motorized, remote-controlled boats to enjoy on the pond.
Creek fishing
If you plan to fish in Persimmon Creek, you need a valid North Carolina fishing license.
Please help protect our wildlife. There is no lifeguard on duty.
